“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”
~ Carl Jung
Come home to your authentic self
You are not broken. You are becoming.
You’re in the right place.
Therapy offers a powerful, almost sacred place to examine, heal, and change your life.
Within a safe, trusting environment you have the opportunity to listen deeply to yourself and learn to make important changes and adjustments that can greatly enhance your life. You have, within your feelings and experiences, the necessary wisdom to guide your life. My task is to help you listen to, engage with, and understand yourself more fully, thereby helping you to become more aware of and trust your authentic self.
The Work We Do Together
So many who come to therapy are weary from living out of alignment and feeling as if they must manage, perform, or hold everything together while quietly losing touch with themselves. You may long for peace and clarity, for relationships that feel real, for a life that reflects your truth.
Our work together is a process of attunement - to your inner knowing, your natural rhythm, your deeper guidance. Through a compassionate and grounded presence, I help you listen to the parts of you that have been dismissed or silenced. These parts are not problems; they are gateways to freedom.
I hold space for you to realign with your essential self - the one that already knows how to love, to heal, to choose with wisdom.
My style
Guiding you back to the truth of who you are
For over twenty years, I have been honored to walk beside people as they navigate life’s most tender and transformative passages. My style is direct and engaging, but also quite warm and sensitive. I bring empathy, clarity, and presence to each session, meeting you exactly where you are.
Though I have primarily adopted an Experiential and Depth orientation, my approach varies with each client as I attune myself to their particular needs. I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), mindfulness, somatic awareness, and relational insight - always grounded in compassion, curiosity, and respect for your pace and process.
Clients often describe this work as life changing. They begin to feel more centered, more capable of discerning what is theirs to carry and what is not. They reconnect to trust in themselves, in life, in what is unfolding.
This isn’t about striving to become someone new. It’s about remembering the one you already are.
My guiding principles
Presence
is the foundation of healing.
True healing begins when we slow down enough to meet ourselves with awareness and care. I hold each session as a grounded, compassionate space where you can show up just as you are.
Authenticity
Is the path to freedom.
Therapy is not about becoming someone new, but remembering who you truly are. As you reconnect with your authentic self, life begins to feel more aligned, open, and free.
Wisdom
Every part of you has wisdom.
The emotions and patterns that feel painful or confusing are not mistakes. They hold valuable guidance. When met with compassion, they reveal the truth and wisdom already within you.
Growth
Is both psychological and spiritual
Transformation engages the mind, body, and spirit. Together we honor both your pain and your potential, allowing growth to unfold in its natural rhythm.
