In-Depth psychoTherapy and Couples Counseling in the San Francisco Bay Area and California
Life’s tender and overwhelming moments can become powerful turning points.
Whether you’re facing relationship challenges, burnout, grief, or a deep sense of disconnection, therapy offers space to slow down, listen within, and begin to find your way back to yourself and your partner.
You’ve felt it for a while. Something in you is ready to live more fully, more truthfully, more alive.
Something in you is shifting, an inner stirring, a change in a relationship, a moment that has opened everything at once.
Maybe you’re standing at a crossroads. Maybe something fell apart. Maybe you’re quietly sensing that you can’t keep living from old patterns that no longer fit.
You long to feel more centered and more yourself, but instead you might find:
• A feeling of being unmoored or caught “in between.”
• Emotions rising faster than you can make sense of.
• Patterns with yourself or your partner that no longer feel aligned with who you’re becoming.
It can feel like you’re standing in the doorway between what was and what’s next. This place can be tender, disorienting, and full of possibility.
You are not lost. You are in transition. And you don’t have to navigate it alone.
How I work: A grounded, compassionate presence
You don’t need to be fixed. There is nothing wrong with you.
I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are in the midst of a major life transition and are ready to understand themselves and their relationships more deeply, sometimes prompted by their symptoms of anxiety, sadness, anger or fear and wanting to live more authentic, fulfilling lives and have more positive relationships.
Our sessions are a space to slow down and turn toward what’s happening within you, not to analyze or fix, but to gently understand. Healing happens through presence, compassion, and curiosity. When you feel seen and met without judgment, your inner system begins to find its own balance again.
Together, we listen to the parts of you that have been trying to manage, protect, or keep you safe. These parts often hold the stories, emotions, and fears that have shaped how you move through the world. As they are met with warmth and respect, their grip begins to soften, creating more room for ease, clarity, and choice.
This process allows a deeper truth to emerge, one that is grounded, wise, and inherently whole. You begin to live less from old patterns of protection and more from an authentic, connected sense of self.
Therapy with me is a collaborative, intuitive process. I honor both your humanity and your innate capacity for healing and growth. Our work is guided by compassion, curiosity, and the understanding that everything you need to heal already lives within you.

Our work begins with a conversation where you have a chance to share what’s been happening and see how it feels to connect.
From there, we meet regularly in a calm, grounded space that invites reflection and discovery. Sessions often include slowing down, noticing what’s present in your body and emotions, and bringing compassion to the parts of you that need attention or care.
Over time, you’ll begin to notice shifts, feeling more centered, more able to communicate with clarity, and more aligned with what truly matters.
