My over 20 years of working as a psychotherapist, couples counselor, and healing guide is deeply personal—it is the path I have walked myself. I was initiated onto my healing path when, as a teenager, I experienced profound darkness, battling major depression that ultimately led to a suicide attempt at 16. That time marked the beginning of my healing journey, one that would lead me to dedicate my life to exploring what creates true happiness and deep, lasting healing.

It was a spiritual experience at 20 that first lifted me out of the darkness, awakening me to the vastness beyond my own limited understanding of myself and the universe. This opening led me on a sojourn to India at a young age, where I immersed myself in meditation, spiritual studies, and the wisdom of ancient traditions. It was a transformative experience that deepened my connection to the unseen and to my path of healing and self-discovery.

I have a deep passion for people, for relationships, and for relational work and healing. I truly love the work that I do. I believe in healing on all levels—emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual—and have spent my life immersed in the study and practice of psychological growth and healing. My work is informed by what I have learned along the way. My path has included intensive meditation practices and retreats, immersive metaphysical studies and practices, individual psychotherapy, deep work with plant medicines, energy healing studies, working as a psychological astrologer, kundalini activation processes, and decades of psychological and relational work with my psychotherapist husband. It is through my own explorations, work, and healing that I can hold space for others.

As an intuitive and dedicated energy healer, I use psychotherapy as my primary modality for healing work. There is a profound potential for healing within the therapeutic relationship. When we allow ourselves to experience psychotherapy not just as a mental exercise but as a healing modality, we can shift into new ways of being—within ourselves and in our relationships. I am honored to witness this in my work with clients every day.

I work in love and deep respect for each person exactly where they are. Healing is not about fixing or changing who you are—it is about allowing all parts of you to come forward to be seen, witnessed, and loved. When you are met in your authenticity, transformation naturally unfolds.
